Ordered shoes and strings from Tennis Warehouse last week. Tracking came fast, box landed right on time, everything was there, packaging fine. Used them a few times now and delivery’s been reliable every time. that’s all I need

"Sizing advice was actually fair and helpful"
I ordered a pair of shoes from tennis-warehouse and, to be fair, their sizing and fit notes really helped. I usually have a hard time figuring out sizing between different brands, but their suggestion to go up a half size ended up being right on. The shoes fit great with no toe crowding and no heel slipping. Shipping was simple too. It’s nice when a size guide is actually accurate and doesn’t feel like guesswork.

"Easy exchange, even though I’m torn on switching brands"
I’ve been loyal to my usual shoe brand for years, so I wasn’t totally sure about giving these a fair shot. But I had to exchange my pair, and the process was super quick. The return label worked without any issues, and it was way less of a hassle than I expected. Still deciding if they’ll fully win me over, but the exchange experience definitely helped.

"Quick shipping and overall happy"
I ordered a pair of tennis shoes from Tennis Warehouse and was surprised by how fast they shipped. I got the tracking info quickly, and the shoes showed up just a few days later, which was great.
The only thing keeping it from being a full 5 stars is that the shoe box was a little banged up when it arrived. Everything inside was totally fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but it felt like something preventable. I’d still order from them again

I reached out to customer service i’m still waiting. No reply, no help, nothing. It’s frustrating when you just need a simple response and they never get back to you.

I’ve ordered from here a few times now, and overall I’ve had a good experience. The discounts are usually solid, especially when there’s a promo going on, and I’ve definitely paid less than I would at my local store. Shipping has been fine for me too. The only downside is that popular sizes can sell out really fast, which is a bit frustrating, and I do wish the coupon options were easier to understand. Still, based on my orders so far, it’s been worth it

"Good Prices Overall"
I’ve ordered from Tennis Warehouse a handful of times, and overall I’ve had a good experience. Their prices are usually fair, and I’ve found a few things cheaper than what my local shop had, especially when stuff is on sale. Shipping can add a little to the total, which is a bit annoying, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. For the most part, the value is solid and I’d order from them again

The racket feels real and solid, which is always a nice surprise because apparently that’s the bar now. It has a good weight to it and doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy, so I’m happy with it.

"Order was spot on"
I ordered a pair of tennis shoes and some strings from tennis-warehouse.com, and everything showed up exactly how I ordered it. Right size, right color, and nothing missing from the box. I’ve had other sites send the wrong grip size or some totally random color before, so it was nice to have it all be correct for once. Straightforward experience, but that’s really all I needed. A friend had recommended them to me, and I’d say it worked out well. I’d definitely use them again.

"Helpful way to find the right racquet"
I tried out 3 different racquets before deciding which one to buy, it helped a lot. How else are you supposed to know what actually feels right?? The return shipping was a little slow, but overall the service was good and I ended up finding one I really liked.

"Felt like they didn’t really want to fix it"
I had an issue with my order, after the first couple of replies I just assumed nobody was really looking into it. Customer service kept sending these short messages that didn’t actually answer anything, so it felt like I was going in circles. Maybe I’m jumping to conclusions, but it came across like they just wanted to move on. I still never got a clear answer, so I probably wouldn’t use them again.

I mostly use Tennis Warehouse for the expert reviews and playtests, and those are really useful when I’m trying to decide on a racquet or a pair of shoes. The advice usually feels straightforward and not like they’re just trying to sell me the most expensive thing. Ordering has been fine for the most part, but the site does feel a bit outdated, and dealing with stock or sizing can be hit or miss. My main complaint is the reminders can get a little aggressive after browsing or leaving something in the cart. Like, I get it, I looked at the shoes once. Overall it’s not a bad experience, just not always as smooth as I’d like.

"They’ve Got Pretty Much Everything"
I really like Tennis Warehouse because they’ve got just about everything I’m looking for. Racquets, shoes, strings, grips, bags, and even random stuff I didn’t realize I needed. It’s usually easy to find the right sizes and colors too, which is nice. I don’t have to bounce around between a bunch of different sites just to compare options.

Checkout worked in the end, so no huge complaints... but it did feel kind of clunky. I had to double-check my shipping info twice, and the page was loading slow for me. The prices and options were clear enough, though! Overall, not bad — just not the smoothest checkout I’ve used.

"Happy with the stringing overall"
I got my racket strung the way I asked, and the tension felt pretty much right when I played with it. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, which was a little frustrating at the time, but once I got it back and hit with it, I felt better about the whole thing. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would probably use them again.
